house 1-16-09

there is still lots of work going on at the house. lots of trim going in, the treads are going on the main staircase, the stone was put in on the main living area fireplace and the stain is going on the bead board ceiling in the kitchen and tile in the master bath.

i really love the kitchen granite


the mantle hood that is going over the stove top. it is going to look spectacular

the bench lockers in the laundry room. the bead board will be stained the cream color and the rest of the wood will be the cherry stain


the island in the kitchen. it is the cream color. we are staining the bead board ceiling to match the island


John Barela is doing an excellent job matching the bead board ceiling to the island. it is really looking good


the fireplace int he main living room. it is a see through fireplace to the sunroom


the fireplace in the sun room. the tv will be in the frame in the fireplace


the fireplace in the craft room/study. it is granite with a beautiful mantle, again the tv will be set in the wall above it


the fireplace mantle in the master bedroom. it is granite surrounded by a mantle


the tile in the shower and the master tub deck. the granite is covered by paper



the stone columns were redone and capped with flagstone


the west side stairs to the deck are being built, they have a flagstone landing that has flagstone steps returning to the patio. Cecil is checking them out. the french doors go to the master bath
