the driveway was widened to 20 feet and covered with recycled asphalt
the rain escape will line in between the joist spaces, the trex will be installed above it. there is a system of gutters installed for this to drain into and keep the patio below the deck dry.

lots going on at the Elizabeth house. the rough in electric inspection was Monday and we passed!!! the rough in plumbing inspection and the pressure test for the gas lines are scheduled for tomorrow and the framing inspection is coming up soon. hopefully these will be behind us this week and the progress will speed up. the septic system was inspected today, the rest of the windows and doors were delivered today. the trex decking, the rain escape drainage system for the deck, the ceiling for the underdeck were delivered today. the gutters should be started this week. retaining wall for the patio and driveway will be started this week or the first of next week. i have been looking at granite last week and this week and talking to fabricators.
