Georgetown November 2009

we went to Georgetown for the day, had lunch, walked around town, attempted to go sledding (not enough snow), watched the ice fishermen, saw mountain sheep, and rode the Georgetown narrow gauge train, it was a wonderful day except for when the keys got locked in the car. Thank goodness for AAA.

Jenny, Zach, and Sami taking a breather

Sami loved her ice cream

We got ice cream, this was a big hit.

Grandpa and Nana with Zach and Sami in front of the narrow gauge train. This is the Georgetown Loop train. For Christmas they ran a Santa Express. Santa came and visited the kids on the train. There were cookies and hot chocolate for all. the kids got a candy cane and bell. the terrains was snow covered and lovely to watch. it was just a little cold.
